1) If you are buy stock, when we receive the your payment info, we will prepare shoes to you and sent out at once. shipping day is 4-5 days, So total arrive days is 1 week after payment.
2) If your shoes need produce, when we receive your payment info, we will start produce your shoes at once, In 1 week will finish produce (We can produce more than 2000pAirs shoes every day) , after produce, we will sent out shoes |

Shipping Courier:
For shipping we use EMS, TNT, UPS or DHL to ship the goods to you. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment ,so you can track your package online through the following shipping couriers.
Delivery Time:
Delivery will take upto 7 business days. Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Confirmation:
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order. Packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.
Customs

Invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax. We are not responsible for products seized by local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds.
